LDS045. LNER ex-Great Central Railway Class D11 4-4-0 & Tender No. 5506 'Butler Henderson'. In lined LNER apple green livery. This is scratchbuilt in brass and fitted with an ABC gearbox, Canon motor, Slaters wheels, American pickup system and good cab detail. The model has had medium use. The prototype was into service from Gorton Works in February 1919 as GCR No. 506 thence becoming LNER No. 5506 in 1924 and LNER No. 2660 in the 1946 renumbering scheme. Renumbered as BR No. 62660 in 1948 it was withdrawn from Sheffield Darnall in October 1960 and preserved as part of the National Collection. £595.
