LJEP39. GWR Collett 'Large Prairie' 2-6-2 Tank Loco No. 6106 as a RESTORATION PROJECT. In GWR plain green livery lightly weathered with 'G W R' insignia as running circa 1942 - 1948. This is by Heljan and is supplied in a plain box. The model has had medium use and is sold as a Restoration Project for the following reason. It has recently developed a fault whereby it runs fine in a straight line but the motor and/or gears appear to be 'locking up' when negotiating curves or points. The prototype was into service from Swindon Works in May 1931 and was withdrawn from Oxford in December 1965 and subsequently bought for preservation, in 1966, by a member of the Great Western Society at Didcot where she is still based. £325 as a RESTORATION PROJECT.
