LDTH24. A GWR Churchward '7200' Class 2-8-2 Tank Loco, Un-numbered. In plain unpainted brass/resin. This is very well built from the Finney 7 kit and is complete but unpainted. Fitted with a Canon motor, ABC multi-stage gearbox, Slaters wheels, compensation on the second and fourth axles and on the pony truck, removable roof, and with excellent cab detail. Additionally fitted with DCC using an ESU chip (address 7234), no sound. It will also run on DC. The model is lightly used, and of course the new owner can choose the required number. Assuming the prototype to be No. 7234 (as per the DCC address) it was into service from Swindon Works in March 1926 as No. 5269, a 2-8-0 tank loco. It was converted to a 2-8-2 in September 1935 and renumbered to No. 7234. Withdrawal came from Aberdare in November 1963. £895.
