LDTH25. GWR 'Dean Goods' 0-6-0 Loco and Tender No. 2354. In plain GWR green livery, with a hint of weathering, and with 'Great Western' in gold shaded red as running in the 1920's up to 1934. This is from a brass kit and is fitted with a Portescap motor/gearbox, Alan Harris (AGH) turned steel wheels, working inside motion, compensation on all loco axles and the leading two tender axles, and with superb cab detail. The model is wired for DCC including a speaker in the tender but is not responding to DCC commands. It runs fine on DC, so is sold as a DC only model, and is lightly used. The prototype was into service from Swindon Works in November 1884 and was withdrawn from Brecon in April 1953 having earlier been at Oswestry, and before that Didcot. £995.
