LKR45. GWR Collett '57xx' Class 0-6-0 Pannier Tank No. 5761. In plain GWR green with 'Great Western' in gold shaded red as used typically from circa 1922 to 1934. This is kitbuilt in brass and fitted with a Portescap motor/gearbox, Slaters wheels, compensation on the leading 2 axles, and with excellent cab detail and crew (the fireman is supplied but not currently fitted). The model is lightly used and the Portescap motor/gearbox is a touch noisy. The prototype was into service from Swindon Works in June 1929 and was withdrawn from Neath (Court Sart) in May 1962. It had spent its BR life at several of the South Wales '87x' shedcodes since 1950 including a 7 year spell at Swansea (Paxton Street). £250.
