LGST126. LMS Fowler Class 2P 4-4-0 Loco and Tender No. 603. In LMS lined black livery with lettering in gold shaded red and with shedplate 12G Dumfries. This is well built from a Gladiator brass kit and painted by Paul Rusted. Fitted with an ABC multi-stage gearbox, Canon or similar motor, Slaters wheels, a tiny bit of compensation on the leading loco axle and compensation on the centre tender axle, and with excellent cab detail. The model is lightly used. The prototype was into service from Derby Works in November 1928. Spending much of its life in Scotland, by 1948 it was at Glasgow Corkerhill and was withdrawn from there as BR No. 40603 in July 1961. £995.
