CRSY12. A Rake of Four Great Western Railway Dean 4-wheel Coaches. In lined GWR brown and cream livery with garter crest as running post-1908. Comprising (1) 30ft Brake/Third No. 2658 to Diagram T34 dating from 1895. (2) 28ft All Third No. 305 to Diagram S9 dating from 1891. (3) 28ft First/Third Composite No. 7849 to Diagram U4 built in the 1890's. (4) 30ft Brake/Third No. 2647 to Diagram T34 built in 1894. These are from Slaters kits, professionally built by Peter Dawson and painted by Dave Studley, and with passengers fitted. The models are lightly used and are supplied in their original boxes. The GWR 4-wheel coaches were mostly withdrawn by the 1930’s. Some were still running in the Welsh Valleys in the 1940’s, and a few survived into the 1950’s probably in Departmental stock. RESERVED.
