CGST22. Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway 4-wheel Milk or Milk/Fruit Van No. 17. In fully lined and panelled Somerset & Dorset prussian blue livery. By Lawrence Scale Models, painted by Larry Goddard (plated and signed on the underside). The model is lightly used. This is similar to Milk/Fruit vans used by the Midland Railway although this one has less louvres (the louvres were there to provide airflow to cool the interior). I don’t seem to have any reference material for LSWR Milk/Fruit vans but any input would be welcome. Similar vans were also used for meat traffic. RESERVED.
