LJJ01. BR ex-LMS ex-Midland Railway Fowler '4F' 0-6-0 and Tender No. 43876. In plain BR black livery with late crest. This is by Sancheng for Bachmann Brass with many detailing improvements by John Jarvis including fitting of a Canon motor coupled to a multi-stage gearbox and with much improved cab detail. It has compensation (springing) on the leading 2 loco axles and the centre tender axle. The model is lightly used, is supplied in a plain box, and a full list of the improvements made will be included with the model. The prototype was into service from Derby Works during 1918. Its BR life was spent at Wellingborough (1948), Bedford (1949 - 1958), Cricklewood East (1958 - 1959) then Coalville from where it was withdrawn in December 1962. £650.
