LGST120. BR ex- LMS Stanier 'Jubilee' Class 4-6-0 and Tender No. 45632 'Tonga'. Paired with a Stanier rivetted tender and in lined BR green with late crest and shedplate 1B Camden. This is well built from a Gladiator brass kit (builder unknown) and painted by Warren Haywood. Fitted with a Canon motor, ABC multi-stage gearbox, Slaters wheels, compensation on the centre loco axle, and with excellent cab detail. The model is lightly used. The prototype was into service from Crewe Works in November 1934. A year later it was at Kentish Town then going to Crewe North by 1947 then going from there to Longsight (Manchester) in April 1950 and spending most of the 1950's there. After further allocations in the late fifties and early sixties (Chester, Camden, Carnforth, Carlisle Upperby, Stockpoprt Edgeley) it moved to Manchester Newton Heath in August 1965 and withdrawal from there came two months later. £1295.
