LST13. LNER ex- North Eastern Railway Class D20 4-4-0 & Tender No. 2371. In LNER plain black livery. This is from a Steve Barnfield brass kit and fitted with a Mashima motor, worm & wheel drive, Slaters wheels, and with basic cab detail. The model has had medium use and the motor is wired positive to negative (so 'forward' on the controller is 'reverse' and vice versa). The prototype was into service from Gateshead Works in September 1906 as NER No. 592. It carried this through to the LNER renumbering scheme of 1946 when it became No. 2371 and subsequently BR No. 62371. It was withdrawn from Tweedmouth in October 1954. £595.
