WTSH01. GWR 33ft Long Wheelbase 10 Ton 'ASMO' Covered Motor Car Van No. 116953. Also known as a 'Covered Carriage Truck' or 'CCT'. In GWR freight grey livery, lightly weathered. To GWR Diagram G26 as introduced in 1930. This is very well built and painted from a Scorpio brass kit with a compensation unit on one axle. The model is very lightly used. The prototypes were a lengthened version of the Diagram G25 'DAMO B' van and were designed to carry 2 motor cars and were used for motor car traffic from Morris Cowley (Oxford) and Austin (Longbridge) to London Docks for export.
