LRS11. BR ex- GWR Dean/Churchward Class '2021' 0-6-0 Pannier Tank No. 2069. In BR plain black livery, weathered, with early crest and shedplate 6C Birkenhead Mollington Street . This is from a Scorpio brass kit built and painted by Roger Scanlon and fitted with a Canon or similar motor, ABC type multi-stage gearbox, Slaters wheels, dummy inside motion and excellent cab detail with crew. Additionally fitted with DCC and sound using a Zimo chip (address 2069). The model is lightly used and has a removable cab roof. The prototype was built as a saddle tank and entered service from Wolverhampton Works in September 1899. It was converted to a pannier tank in September 1920 and after spending its last 4 years at Birkenhead was withdrawn in April 1959. £425.
