LMC02. An excellent model of Gresley A4 Pacific No. 4495 ‘Golden Fleece’ with Corridor Tender. This is by L.H. Loveless and is in pre-war configuration fully valanced and painted in LNER garter blue. Fitted with all the usual LHL refinements including working inside motion, opening smokebox door and excellent cab detail. The model has been lightly used and is supplied in its original box with accessories. The prototype was into service from Doncaster Works in August 2937 as ‘Great Snipe’, renamed the following month to ‘Golden Fleece’ for service on the ‘West Riding Limited’. It was withdrawn in December 1962 from Kings Cross after spending almost all its life there or at Grantham. RESERVED.
