LLB18. BR ex- LMS Stanier 'Duchess' Pacific 4-6-2 Loco and Tender No. 46225 'Duchess of Gloucester'. In BR lined maroon with late crest, lined and finished by Tower Models, with LMS style lining and shedplate 5A Crewe North. This is a brass model factory built by Sancheng for Finescale Brass. The model has all the usual Finescale Brass/Sancheng refinements including excellent cab detail, compensated chassis, opening smokebox door and opening tender water fillers. The model is lightly used and is supplied in its original inner and outer boxes. The prototype was into service from Crewe Works to Camden in May 1938 and spent its time between Camden and Crewe North until June 1959 when it went to Carlisle Upperby. It was withdrawn from there in September 1964. RESERVED.
