LJEP36. BR ex-LMS Fowler Class 2P 4-4-0 Loco and Tender No. 40700. In plain BR black with late crest. This is a brass model, probably kitbuilt, and fitted with a multi-stage gearbox, dummy inside motion, Slaters wheels, extra pickups on the front bogie, and with very good cab detail and crew. This is a used model and note that a repair has been done to a driving wheel spring. The prototype was into service from Crewe Works in December 1932 and was withdrawn from Bath Green Park in August 1962 having spent its whole BR life there. £595.
